Mendon MS/HS



The Mendon Community School District is located in St. Joseph County in southwest Michigan. It is a small, rural district with approximately 700 students in preschool through 12th grade. The administration and teaching staff are committed to providing the best possible education for the students in a safe and secure environment.

The core curriculum provides students with a variety of learning experiences and a solid foundation for continued growth and development in college or the work force.

Mendon Community Schools serves the community of Mendon and portions of Leonidas, Centreville, and Three Rivers.

Linda Kay Johnson Scholarship winner Jenna Gales


Jenna scholarship

Senior Jenna Gales was the recipient of the Linda Kay Johnson Memorial Track Scholarship based on her essay about the impact  Track and Field has had on her life. Jenna was awarded the scholarship at Tuesday’s UAW sponsored track meet.  The UAW selects two senior athletes from St. Joseph County, a boy and girl, who will be attending college in the fall to receive the scholarship.
