Mendon Elementary School

Mendon Elementary is nestled in the northeast corner of beautiful St. Joseph County and is home to approximately 300 students in Kindergarten through Fifth grade. Student success is a direct result of the great teaching staff, parental involvement, and tremendous community support. Each year, Mendon students rank at the top of standardized test results against other St. Joseph county schools.

While holding Mendon Elementary students to high academic expectations in the classroom, students are also expected to demonstrate citizenship skills using the  motto “Bee Safe …..Bee Respectful …..Bee Responsible…..” Mendon Elementary students demonstrate “Hornet ‘Bee’haviors” each and everyday.

If you would like a tour of the building or information about the school,  please contact the building secretary Sue McClish at 269-496-2175.
