The Mendon Community School District is located in St. Joseph County in southwest Michigan. It is a small, rural district with approximately 700 students in preschool through 12th grade. The administration and teaching staff are committed to providing the best possible education for the students in a safe and secure environment.

The core curriculum provides students with a variety of learning experiences and a solid foundation for continued growth and development in college or the work force.

Mendon Community Schools serves the community of Mendon and portions of Leonidas, Centreville, and Three Rivers.

Friday Schedule Change

In order to allow students and staff the opportunity to support our wrestlers at Quarterfinals, Friday, February 23rd will now be a half day.  The Elementary will dismiss at 10:50 and the Middle/High School will dismiss at 11:00.

Mendon Wrestling – Regional Champions

The Mendon Wrestling team has won its first Regional Title since 1991. The wrestlers will now face Leroy-Pine River in the Quarterfinals at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23rd at Wings Stadium in Kalamazoo. If the team advances, they will wrestle on Saturday – Semifinals will start at 9:30 a.m. and Finals will be at 3:30 p.m. at Wings Stadium.  Congratulations and good luck to all of the wrestlers!

Elementary Music Program

Mendon Elementary students are proud to present their music program, “Let’s Pass it On!” on Monday, February 12th in the Elementary Gym.  Kindergarten-2nd Grade along with 5th Graders will perform at 5:30, and our 3rd-5th Graders will perform at 6:30.  Our students are asked to report 15 minutes prior to the start of their program.  Please join us as we “Pass On” positive messages throughout the performance!
