Subject: Important Information: Michigan Safe Storage Law

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Michigan law requires schools to provide families with information about the importance of safe firearm storage. This notification is part of a statewide effort to promote student safety and comply with MCL 28.435 (Public Act 17 of 2023).  Information was sent home will all Middle/High School students today (Wednesday) and will be sent home with Elementary students in Friday folders.
